Brief Description: Started Black stuff on Tank (Sealing)
Cleaned all parts and scotch brited all surfaces for sealant. Sealed and riveted tank stiffeners, drain plug, fuel cap, "patch" over tool hole on outboard rib. Clecoed ribs to skin, except inboard rib (Still need to install vent line). Sealed and riveted outboard and 2nd rib
