Assembled Aileron. Drill all holes after assy of nose skin and top and bottom. Drilled 13 holes in nose skin to counter balance tub. Disassemble, duburr and dimple ribs, nose skin, machine countersink spar and trailing edge piece. Both skins stayed flat with out ribs completely clecoed. Primed all left over parts.
