Drilled strap bracket (W919) to final #19 size (#8 screws) on tank side. ** Need nute plates on tank side of strap Measured wing for twist- 1/8" - OK Remove tank from spar, drilled out all holes to proper size, including 1/8" bolt thru Remove T912 Attachment brackets from baffle NOTE: Drilling out "soft pop rivets" are a problem, tip sticks up, hard to drill out, new rivet remover was better, do different next time.
