2. I need more help aligning the cowl, and another point to fasten it together. I'm adding fiberglass "tabs" to the lower cowl that will keep the upper/front cowl halves aligned.
Aluminum tape so fiberglass won't stick to this cowl half.
Glass on the lower cowl, overlapping the alum tape on the upper cowl.
From the outside. The clamps keep the cowl aligned.
