Went to work bending all the various baffle parts. The instruction sheet shows where all the bends occur, but to help, the parts also have small "nicks" in the edges of the metal at the points where the pieces are to bend. So just draw a line from nick to nick and bend. That's a nice touch.
Then there are all these miscellaneous parts in photo 2, that have to be cut out of an .032 sheet of aluminum. I used spray-cement to stick the patterns to the metal, then cut out the pieces.
What I can't quite figure out, is why Sonex gives us all these complicated baffle parts (photo 1) that are completely pre-cut and ready to bend. Yet they give us all these other pieces just as patterns, that we have to lay out and cut ourselves. Weird if you ask me. Why not provide those as pre-cut pieces, too?
