Brief Description:  Assemble crank case

Photo #1: To get some leverage to tighten down the gland nut on the flywheel, I drilled a couple of holes in a 2x4 and bolted them to the prop hub.

Photos 1 & 2: After the flywheel was temporarily set in place, the manual described how to determine the shims to use at the crank shaft rear bearing. However, the numbers on the shims to not match the feeler guage numers at all, so it was trial and error to get the right mix of shims, minus the .006" max gap per the installation instructions.

Photo #3: The case is test fit together and the crank shaft rotated, to check for any interference inside the case. Thankfully there was none.
