Started installing the plexi canopy material on the frame.
- Peeled back the protective plastic on both the interior and the exterior of the canopy.
- Cleco'd the canopy on the hinge side (photo 3), then the pilot-side (photo 1).
- Photo 2 showes the handle to open the canopy, and the slot in the canopy for it. In testing I found the slot too short by a full 1/4" at the rear, and about 1/8" at the front.
- Used the edge of a drill bit like a milling machine and anlarged the slot at both ends.
- Filed and sanded the slot smooth.
