Bent the forward bow, and gradually cut the ends off until I had the right bend and the right length. I used my knee a little for this bow, but I used my little bending jig a lot.
Like the rear bow I drilled the 8 holes required to fasten the steel corner brackets to the bow.
In photos 2 and 3 the frame looks complete, but I have not yet riveted the bows to the horizontal rails.
