Brief Description: Fuel tank install

A real wasted evening. Very frustrating. See my other post from tonight. - Test fit the fuel tank. To do so I had to remove the cleco'd instrument panel and support channel. - Added felt to the fuel tank straps (thanks for the self-stick felt, Max!) - Tried to install the fuel tank straps, but it's nearly impossible without a second person, and my wife was not available.
