First I made a mockup handle of thinner metal, to try to get the angles right. This is the final handle after being cut out and finished, and then dipping the handle in several coats of Plasti-Dip.
There is only one hole in the handle end, where 2 are needed. I have the mockup handle with two holes. I will try that one and see if the holes are right, then drill the second hole in the final handle. I don't have any extra of this material, so I have to get it right the first time.
