Brief Description:  Making 10' bending brake

Finally decided to make my own bending brake so I can take my time, and work evenings, like I usually do.

I'm building Dave Clay's bending brake; just a bit longer since I plan to bend my rear wing spars, and to make them without the splice shown on the plans. So I need at least 9' of brake.

Got the work table edge reinforced, drilled countersunk holes in the first angle and mounted to the work table, laid the next angle on top, and drilled through everything for 4 bolts.

Tomorrow will be drilling for the piano hinges. At something like 80 rivets, it's going to be a LOT of drilling. I bought some new drill bits so I wouldn't dull the ones I'm using for the aluminum. Bought some cutting fluid, too, to make the drilling easier.
