Brief Description: Paint horiz tail tip

Lightly wet sanded the primer with 400 grit paper, Cleaned with water then with mineral spirits. Painted the horizontal tip with Rustoleum red. Put about 5 coats on.

Rustoleum rattle can with handle attachment.

5 or so coats on the tip.
