Brief Description: Modify panel + misc

1. Modified one of the panel cutouts for the newly arrived Ztron switch/breaker unit. 2. Have had trouble with my LED eyeball light not working. The mfr sent me a new unit, and it works. So I can put the new light in the cockpit.
