Worked on getting the vertical tail in place. Several times on-and-off were needed to get right trimming of the skins, to allow everything to fit and interface properly. Unlike the horizontal stab, the hinge pin for the rudder can be put on later, so that's why the rudder is off. It's easier to do all this with it off.
The lower 6 bolts need to be updrilled now that everything is aligned. Right now I don't see any way to get the 6 nuts in place at the interior! They are all blanked by the tail skid.

The guideline on T12-07 shows I will need to man handle the vert tail somewhat to get it vertical
