Brief Description:  Secure horizontal stab

Secured the horizontal tail. With all the rivet ends in the way it was very difficult to get the nuts in place, and then to hold onto them during fastening and torquing.

Per photo #2, on the forward two bolts I could only fit the nuts at the interior because of the rivet ends in the way. I could BARELY get the nut in place. When I added a washer the bolt hit the rivet and could not fit. So I put the two washers called for, under the bolt head per photo #1.

In photo #3 you see the nuts of the aft bolts. The far one I was able to get a socket on and secure and torque easily. The near one was so close to the rivet that I could not get a socket all the way on the nut. I spent a lot of time ramming the socket hard against the nut, with just enough grip to let me turn the bolt from above.
