Brief Description:  Horizontal Tail Attach

- Found the rivets I needed and set the final rivets in the starboard air vent.

- Spent a lot of time aligning the horizontal tail and using files to trim the skins to fit. It took a few times of putting on the tail, marking material to be removed, moving the tail to the work bench to remove the material, then refitting the tail to see if the trimming was enough.

- In photo #1 you can see a thin strip of aluminum I used to mark the 3-1/4" offset dimension. The tail can be plus/minus 1/16" off of that dimension, so in the photo you can just see the center mark (3-1/4") and the other two marks, 1/16" either side of the primary mark. I had to use a skinny piece of aluminum since a regular metal straight edge was too wide to fit around the parts and pieces.

- I clamped the horizontal tail in place both forward and aft, then carefully drilled the 1/4" dia holes, and test fit the AN4-10A bolts.

- To drill the aft two holes (photo #3) you need to notch the skins. The one on the left worked out fine. The one on the right got a little elongated trying to align the notch vertically with the hole.
