Brief Description: Horiz tail tips

- I am installing the horizontal tail tips (fiberglass) like I did for the vertical tail tip: with extra, inverted ribs. - Tonight I made the bending block for the forward rib, then - Cut out the 4 rib pieces ( 2 forward and 2 rear)
