Brief Description: Cut outs in rudder

Made the angled cuts at the bottom or the rudder. It's at an angle and needs to be cut on the band saw AFTER bending and then temporarily taping in place. Tricky. And then made the cutouts for the rudder horn assembly to fit at the bottom. This finished sheet T-13.
