Brief Description: Started on 2nd skin of horiz stab
Laid out and clamped the 2nd skin, and drilled all the holes on the first side, and then the second side. Deburred all of the holes in the frame. Need to do then skin, then I can start to rivet.
Once again, my airplanes impression of a porcupine...
