Spent 3 more hours today remaking two ribs for the horizontal stab (T04-01), and then installing them. That completes all the framing for the horizontal stab.

To finish the tails I need to get the hinges from A/C Spruce, pre-bend all 3 skins, then install the skins & hinges. Sounds simple. But of course it's not. I'll guess it'll take me 2 to 3 weeks to complete.
