Brief Description: Lower fuselage structure

- Finished the final hinge for the seat pan (photo #1) - Put together the C07-02 assembly, using the C06-05 angle and several angles and brackets. The assemblies are now ready to be test fit in the fuselage, and the C06-07 cap angle assembly located on top of assembly C07-02.
