Brief Description:  Aft tunnel web

- With my wife's help we moved the fuselage from the work bench to the saw horses, where it will be residing for some time now. Because of some structural columns in the basement I had to remove the forward fuselage from the aft fuselage. After placing on sawhorses I reassembled, then used door shims to shim everything level.

- Clamped the aft tunnel web in place and used my 12" long (3/32") drill bit to drill from the aft side of the assembly.

- Placed the forward tunnel Z in place for fit. But I will need to remove the aft web to get the drill to the forward Z. For some weird reason Sonex did not have the holes for the forward Z in the vertical angle of the fuselage. Had they done that, drilling from forward-to-aft would have been a cinch.

- As I was about to stop for the night I realized that the lower firewall was supposed to have a line of holes down its vertical centerline. I have a line drawn there, but no holes! So I'm going to have remove the firewall and drill a bunch more holes. RATS! I thought I was done with holes in stainless!
