- Finished pilot drilling into the lower longerons of the forward fuselage sides.
- Laid out, cut, bent and drilled lower stainless steel firewall
- Loosely fitted the firewall. It needs some trimming at the corners (square corners don't fit in radiused inside corners (photo #3), and some minor trimming where it butts the cowl hinges.
Firewall loosely held in place.
From the inside. Bowing is because a few trims need to be made to fit.
The corners of the firewall are square and do not fit in the curved bracket. Needs trimming.
