Brief Description:  6 Aft tailcone assembly

16a. Place the Shear Web F22-03 in the upper fuselage, under the longerons. Make sure angle F22-05 (which is already riveted onto the shear web) is on the AFT side of the Bulkhead F23-02 (photo #1). Clamp the shear web assembly to the upper longerons (also photo #1 + photo #2).

16b. Adjust bulkhead F23-02 if it needs to be tweaked in place.

15. Using the pilot holes in angle F23-03, drill through bulkhead F23-02 (lower part of photo #3).

16. Using all the pilot holes seen in photo #3, use a 3/32" drill bit (a 6" or 12" bit helps) to drill into Bulkhead F23-02. Alternatively you can just two or three at the top, and 2 or 3 at the bottom, and wait until you take the tailcone apart again to cleco the parts back together on the workbench, and do the rest of the drilling then.

17. Take the tailcone apart again so holes can begin to be updrilled, deburred and riveted.
