Brief Description:  Aft Fuselage Skins + tube for lighting

I'm waiting to get 4 more sheets of 0.025 aluminum for the wing skins, so I thought I'd lay out and cut the aft fuselage side skins from the one sheet of aluminum I've had sitting here for that purpose.

Started with F20-06 L.

If you're wondering why I'm not using a paper pattern as I have done for other skins, it's because my plotter at work has decided to begin printing things to scale in the short direction, but not quite, in the long direction. When I checked the pattern against the actual dimension, it was 1/4" too short, which DOES make a difference. So I'm laying out the remainder of my wing and fuselage skins manually. At least the fuselage sides are symetrical, so when I have one done, I then use it as a template for the second one.

In photo #3 you can see the 3/8" o.d. x 1/4" i.d. clear vinyl tubing (from Lowes) that I've run through the enlarged tooling holes in the forward ribs. I'll be running my wing tip and landing light wiring through these tubes.
