Brief Description: 2nd wing spar piece + small parts layouts
Cut out the second spar W10-05.
Also laid out lots of small parts on my .090 sheet.
All my flat stock parts are made with paper patterns glue-stick'ed to the aluminum. I leave the patterns on until I finish the edges with the files. I use a center punch to put a light punch in the surface of the aluminum at the centers of all the holes in the patterns. Only when all of that is done do I remove the paper pattern.
After cutting around the spar, then I cut as close as I dare with the band saw.
The second spar piece cut out.
Other .090 pieces laid out and stuck on with a glue stick.
