Here is the tip rib, which I made many months ago. The rib flange is outside of the aileron in the photo simply because it's easier to hold it in place for the photo, and to see how one of the angles is off.
I'm going to try massaging this piece to see if I can get it to fit. If not then I'll just make another one using the actual aileron triangle as a pattern.
