Brief Description:  RIGHT Aileron construction

- Finished laying out and pilot drilling all the holes in the skin.

- Then set the ribs on one face of the skin, and worked the rest of the holes in the ribs based on the holes in the skin.

- Since the aileron counterballance is so large it will only go in and out of the aileron by opening up the skin enough to get it out. So fitting it took a lot of in-and-out cleco'ing.

- I got all the ribs placed and drilled with pretty good alignment. The accuracy of my bending of the skins was even better than for the rudder and elevators. This skin fit the ribs perfectly.

- On the next page is one last photo of the tip rib yet to be installed.
