There are at least two ways to align the wings so there is no twist. One involves 2 saw horses and some vertical piano hinge wire. The Sonex manual shows the method I'm using here, and for various reasons I decided I liked this better for my project.
Pictures 1 and 2 are leveling the wing at the tip and the root, to make sure there is no twist.
In picture 3 you can see the Sharpie lines I drew down the centers of all the ribs and the rear spar so I can align the pilot holes in the skin with the ribs below.
