- Rough cut (4) W18-02 inspection covers. I'm making mine out of clear lexan rather than aluminum, so I can see inside without having to take the covers off. One of them needs to be 6" in diameter (the plans call for 5" dia) because of the one wing inspection hole I had to make bigger.
The lexan is soft, so it's easy to cut the circles continuously on the band saw. In the second photo you can see one completed (protective plastic sheets still in place).
