Continued with one of the W19-02 wing skins. Today Iaid out all the hole locations and drilled about 3/5 or them. Laying out and drilling takes a LONG time.
I also cut the inspection hole with a fly cutter. Now, I know "they" say to never use a fly cutter in a hand drill, but if you do it slowly and in short spurts, it works pretty well. The wing skin is too large and unweildy to get under the drill press, and a hole saw doesn't always make a nice edge, and this is someplace that people will see.
