Brief Description: Set bolts and screws in left spar
Installed all the bolts and flush screws on the spar. Added torque seal to all torqued nuts.
In the photos none of the bolts on the screws have torque seal, since they weren't torqued. I need a wider headed philips screwdriver to avoid stripping the screw heads, so I only tightened to resistance. Will get a screwdriver tomorrow and finish up. That will finish up the left spar.
To date I have 26.5 hours on the assembly of the left spar, with only a half hour to go on the screws, and probably another half hour to clean up nicks and scratches. The right spar took 35 hours, including making the spar spacing jigs.
