I found some more bad rivets. There are a total of 9 on this spar. I drilled out 3 (the first time I've drilled out any solid rivets) just to see how it would go. The process was quick. You just have to take your time and try to drill on center.
By the way, don't buy brass punches -- they bend when hit with a hammer!
