Started the left spar immediately after finishing the right.
Got everything set in my spacing jigs (see 6/8/2010 entry) and clamped in place. Started drilling the pilot holes through all the web pieces and the spar caps.
The right spar took 35 hours to assemble, so I'm going to guess 30 hours for this spar, since I've learned a few things, and don't have to make spacing jigs again.
