Brief Description: Jig for wing spars + more countersinking
1. Built a jig to maintain th spar caps at the correct distance while drilling. I used 5 small pieces of plywood: 1 for the base, 2 for the sides, and 2 horizontals at the exact spar cap-to-cap width. I used 2 pieces so there was more height to keep the vertical pieces vertical.
I will just lay the spar assembly in between, push the spar caps outward until they stop against the vertical plywood pieces, and then I'll know I have the right spacing.
2. After I glued up the jig I wet back to countersinking on the right spar web.
4 pieces of plywood for the jig
2 pieces are cut to the exact spar width (cap to cap)
All are glued together and later I'll add some screws
