Brief Description:  Left main spar web - drilled for W20-02 & -03

See 5/24/10 for methodology for these angles. It takes multiple steps to get them aligned and drilled.

One thing to note is that since both angles already had pilot holes drilled per the plans (which is a BAD idea by the way) there is NO way the holes are going to align from side to side and stay on the angled line called for on the spar plans. The drill will simply wander, and/or the angle will shift, even with clamps, I used a LOT of clamps to keep that from happening,

Sonex should have you drill the holes in only ONE angle. Then you would:

1. Drill through angle #1 and the webs with an undersize bit.
2. Remove angle #1 & flip over the spar.
3. Align angle #2 (with no pilot holes in it) and clamp it.
4. Flip the spar over again and drill the undersize holes through angle #2, using the undersized holes from step 1.
5. Now use long reach clecos and a couple of clamps to hold together all 3 pieces (angle #1, spar web, and angle #2).
6. Updrill to size, 2 holes at a time (so that 2 clecos remain at all times).

==========

And spent 1.25 hours drilling out all the rivet holes to size, and then deburring. This finishes the left spar web to the same point as the right spar. The right spar took about 8.75 hours. This spar took about 7 hours.
