Brief Description:  Elec, throttle, heat

1. Spent most of the time installing quick-connectors on the ends of the push-to-talk (PTT) radio wires (photo 1). These are the 4 female ends. I put the male ends at the control triangle.

2. The throttle was sticking when running the engine. I slightly re-routed the throttle cable (photo 2), but it still felt stiff. I loosened the adel clamps that were holding the cable housing and that seemed to make everything work better. I think the clamps were just too tight.

3. I finished the blank-off plate for the heat. The hole in photo 3 is at the back of the baffles, and feeds air to the heat muff. The blank off plate is so I can cover the hole in the warm months, to keep the baffles efficient in warm weather. The round plate at the right is held with a screw, and is rotated 180 deg around the screw. To close the hole, rotate the plate 180 deg to the left and secure it with a second screw (the one at 9 o'clock in the photo).
