I'm trying 2 new things this time, after going back to the partially open baffle opening.
1. I'm temporarily creating fewer holes in the restrictor by putting in several layers of aluminum foil and punching out only 5 of the 9 holes.
2. I'm swapping scat tubing locations, moving the input to the lower end of the muff, and moving the restrictor and the output scat tubing to the higher end.
