Spent 4 hours at the airport locating and drilling all the holes for the rivets along the horizontal side rails.
Also fixed the alignment pin which fell out several months ago. Made a small solid block of aluminum that slid down the inside of the horizontal rail. Before installing I drilled and tapped the piece to accept the alignment pin.
Then brought the canopy home to do all the finish work and upsize the rivet holes (to allow for expansion).
