Attached the connecting rods and torqued down the nuts. Checked side to side clearance. Added the rear bearing and installed the crank in the case, making sure the bearings seated over the alignment pins.
Next was the cam installation, aligning the timing marks on the crank gear and the cam gear.
And finally adding Permatex to the mating surfaces of both case halves, being careful not to get any on the bearings or in the oil passages.
Tightened the 6 case bolts according to the torque diagram.
