1. Last night, installed final fitting. 2. Today, bled brakes. Needed to buy a brake bleed kit from NAPA. It sucks the brake fluid from the master cylinder to the brakes. 3. The bleeder screw was letting air in, so the trick is to smear grease around the fitting and the hose, to keep air from getting in. All the things I read said that was the thing to do, so I did, and it worked.
I'd never bled brakes before so it was a learning curve that took a lot of time for the first caliper, but not much time at all for the second.
The brakes appear to work quite well. I haven't gotten out to taxi test, yet.
