Brief Description:  Aileron interferences

After temporarily hooking up the aileron controls at the control triangle, I found there were interferences out at the ailerons:

1. One of the bolt heads securing the right aileron's counterbalance weights (INSIDE the wing) was scraping the internal wing rib. I had to remove the right aileron, bend the counterweight bracket over a bit, and that solved that.

2. But I also found the same bracket was hitting some of the opening of the rear spar when fully deflected upward. So I enlarged the opening slightly.

3. And finally, I found the bolt/nut combination secturing the pushrods bot BOTH ailerons, was striking the rear spar reinforcing plate (photo 2). The hole is elongated, but the longest part of the hardware was facing the shortest distance of the elongation. So I took the bolt out (had to use a punch; those things are tight in the bronze sleeve of the rod end bearings!) and turned the hardware around. This unfortunately wasn't enough. The plans call for an AN3-10 drilled bolt. I found that an AN3-8 was the longest that would work, so that's what I used instead.
