Long ago I had made the control assemblies. When I went to rig the controls I found the pilot's stick was woefully un-parallel to the control horn below, making it impossible to attach the controls, and limiting the throw of the stick to the left.
So I ordered new parts and began construction.
1. Drilled holes for push-to-talk switch and wiring. 2. Installed PTT wiring and hand grip. 3. Removed the paint, and polished the male end of the control horn to allow smooth movement in the bronze bushings.

The stick & control horn were not parallel in the first version.
