I don't want to put the ELT cockpit remote on the panel, so I'm going to put it in the flange of the fuselage former/bulkhead directly behind the passenger. Using the manufacturer's dimensions I mad a paper pattern to make sure it would fit.
The cockpit remote will go in the flange of the former directly behind the passenger seat.
