Brief Description: Data plate & punch list

1. Installed the data plate a the back of the fuselage. 2. Did a little more filing on the canopy latch, and not it closes fine. 3. Put a new label on the fuel shut-off (it had been mislabeled) 4. Created a more detailed "punch list" of things to do to complete the plane.
