Brief Description:  Forward cowl tabs

- Fastened the top and bottom cowls together.

- Measured and drew lines for cutting the upper cowl intake openings (only the lower cowl has been done up to now).

- Then put aluminum tape on the lower half of the cowl, and fiberglassed a "tab" that bonds with the upper cowl, but does not bond to the aluminum tape. 3 glass layers went on tonight (photo 3). At least 3 more will go on tomorrow.

- Then I can move to the other cowl intake and do the same.

- Eventually the tabs will have fasteners that go through the lowe cowl face and into the tabs, to hold the cowl together at those points.
