With the lower cowl on, I looked inside and saw very large gaps between the oil cooler baffles and the cowl. The baffles seals are only 1/2" and would not fill the gaps. More aluminum needs to be added to fill the gaps.
Taking the lower cowl off and on MANY times, I used posterboard to create patterns of the aluminum material that will need to be added.
Tomorrow I'll cut out and bend the aluminum to be added, and rivet in place. Then I can do the baffle seals.
