Brief Description:  Cabin heat muff

Finished cutting out and bending the various pieces of the heat muff.

The plans I'm using for this were for a Jabiru engine. There must be no flanges on the Jabiru exhast pipes, so that the end caps (see photo 2) can just slide on. But with the AeroVee exhausts there is a flange, so the end caps as desined here CAN NOT be installed. So I simply cut them into two halves each. After I put them on the exhaust pipe I'll use 2 pieces of aluminum to bridge the cut, and pop rivet them in place.

I have to get the exhast and intake pipes in place before I try installing the heat muff.
