Brief Description: F22-01 Lower fuselage skin

- Layed out the outline of the F22-01 lower fuselage skin. My alum sheet (from Wicks) was dented along the edge so I had to lay it out without the help of a straight edge. It's a wedge shaped piece, so that's hard to get right without that edge.
