Brief Description: Worked on W12-01L rear wing spar ass'y
|

- Worked on the rear wing spar assembly, W12-01L, at the root.
- As in the pictures below, I drew guidelines on my work bench, aligned the spar and then the W13-01L piece. I added a couple more clamps than shown in the 2nd photo, then drilled through right on top of the work bench. There are pilot holes that need to go through the W13-01 part, so I flipped the assembly over and drilled through using the pilot holes already in the wing spar.
- Then I laid out the angle W13-02L, drilled 3/32" pilot holes, and aligned the shims. Next I need to drill through all the parts, including the shims.
